how does the French neopronoun «iel» decline for case and with what gender does it agree (given that the neutral syncretized with the masculine a long time ago)

Lingva fekafiŝo, esperanto kaj angla
I wonder how esperanto would sound if verbs were conjugated kvazaŭ estus ili verboj el la 4a konjugado de neolatino (je -ire) and person marking by pronouns could be dropped but the language was otherwise identical
saluton! kiel statès? (kiel vi statas?)
stato bonege, kaj vi? (mi statas bonege, kaj vi?)
bone, sed laço iomete. kien planès irir hodiaŭ? (bone, sed mi lacas iomete. kien vi planas iri hodiaŭ?)
iramos al la kafo-vendejo! (ni iru al la kafo-vendejo!)
ho, pluva! (ho, pluvas!)
the main problem I see with this is that -e can also be the 3rd person indicative, not just the adverb, and the 1st indicative ends in -o like the nominative - although ç for verbs ending in c would prevent confusion in writing (while still offering no respite for in speech)
also even the concept is cursed

Language learning shitpost
has your target language a reputation for a difficult subjunctive? f- off. the subjunctive is not hard and anyone who tells you it is just wants to be able to tell foreigners apart from native speakers because foreigners hesitate when they need to use a subjunctive and native speakers just screw it up.
