In functioning democracies, the public ballot is completely secret. It is completely secret for a reason. Don't tell a soul who you voted for. Not before you vote for them, not after. Never. That information is between you and the ballot counter, who doesn't know who you are from Steve.

I believe people should vote. However, I will think less of you if you do disclose who you voted for, especially to me.
