Days since an Internet user with near-perfect (i.e. errors a native speaker could be forgiven for at most, and which exonerate them for the crime of using a translator) written English said «I actually can't speak English at all»: 0
The last incident happened on the IRC channel for the Haiku operating system, where apparently a speaker of Castilian Spanish was being complimented on English «far, far better than my Spanish» (said by someone who I assume is a native English speaker), but claimed, in nearly perfect English, to not speak English at all.
It doesn't happen that often, but it's weird that it happens at all.
