So I am speaking to a 38 year old homeless ex-convict with potentially questionable political views from Lanzarote who was in Asturies for some time.
Obviously his delicts caught up to him in Asturies (actually he did them in Asturies), he ended up imprisoned, and now he's back in las Canarias.
His family claim he has a personality disorder, which he disputes; he seems mostly honest, but downplaying the severity of what he did.
I want to try to help him get back on his feet, and out from under his now-abusive parents. This is not a friend of mine or anything.
What do I do?
